A 37 YEAR OLD PROPHETESS SET HER 9 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER ABLAZE
Wonders shall never end in this world. How would one describe this 37 years old prophetess of a white garment church, Bose Oluwole, who set her 9 years old daughter ablaze because she claimed that the instructions to carry out the dastardly act came from God?
Bose who is a senior prophetess at the Celestial Church of Christ in Epe, Lagos State, told men of the Lagos Police Command that her child was possessed with the spirit of witchcraft and that God told her to set her ablaze so as to deliver the girl of the spirit, and in the process of conducting the deliverance, she poured kerosene on the poor girl and set her on fire.
Though the poor girl was lucky to escape instant death from the hands of her own mother, she is languishing in the hospital suffering from second degree burns while the prophetess is cooling her legs in police detention.
This is how she justified her evil act:
I saw in my vision while praying that my daughter is from the witchcraft world.
When I prayed to God over it, I received the instruction through Holy Spirit to burn my daughter’s body in order to deliver her from the evil society.
Do you think it was God who gave Bose Oluwole such deadly instructions?

A PREGNANT SUDANESE WOMAN SENTENCED TO DEATH BY HANGING DUE TO HER RELIGIOUS CHANGE
A pregnant Sudanese woman, Meriam Yahya Ibrahim, could be brutally whipped and put to death by hanging after she was convicted of adultery for marrying a Christian man.
On Thursday, May 15 a Sudanese court ordered the 27 year old woman to abandon her adopted Christian faith and return to Islam or she will be whipped and then hung. The judge reportedly asked his pregnant defendant one question: Will you return to Islam? Meriam, a married woman currently pregnant with her second child, bravely REFUSED!
"I am a Christian and I will remain a Christian."Meriam declared defiantly, according to CNN » .
Meriam was charged with adultery and apostasy, which is defined as the "abandonment or renunciation of a religion by a person." She is considered a Muslim by default solely because she was born in Sudan, however, she was raised by her Christian mother and married a Christian man, her husband Daniel Wani.
Meriam's marriage to Daniel is considered void under the Sharia law solely because he is Christian. For those of you that are unfamiliar with it, Sharia law is the moral code of Islam.
Government officials claim that the ruling can be appeald by a higher court, according to a report by Daily Mail »

THE Joint Admission and
Matriculation Board (JAMB) has released the results of the 2014 Unified
Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), four days after its conduct.
The board, however, blacklisted a total of 23 centres in Abia and Rivers states for massive examination irregularities, while results of 2,494 candidates were withheld for further scrutiny.
JAMB Registrar, Professor ‘Dibu Ojerinde, who announced the release of the results at a news conference in Abuja, on Thursday, however, said the exercise recorded decline in examination malpractices across the federation.
He disclosed that the affected centres were involved in widespread cheating and extortion, allegedly charging the students between N500 and N1,000, adding that a comprehensive report would be forwarded to the Federal Ministry of Education for further action.
Ojerinde said for instance, three centres at Nbawsi, Abia State, were “involved in extortion.
The JAMB boss added that “the team leader who covered the supervision of the examination in the town was given N15,000 from the proceeds. He collected it as exhibit and we have paid it to JAMB account. The receipt of payment will be sent to the school.”
Meanwhile, Professor Ojerinde has said only 47 candidates were able to score 250 and above, out of over one million candidates that sat for the Paper Pencil Test (PPT) and Dual-Based Test (DBT) modes of the UTME conducted on Saturday.
According to him, only 24 candidates scored 250 and above in the PPT, while 23 candidates scored 250 and above in the DBT, out of 1,015,504 that applied for both modes.

Mom, 21, slept with 8-year-old boy 50 times
Abuja - A 21-year-old UK woman has been sentenced to two years in prison after being found guilty of having a long-term sexual relationship with a child (not her own), reported the Mail Online.According to the report, she had been 16 when she began sleeping with the boy who was eight years old at the time. She was caught when the boy began bragging about the affair at school; he claims they slept together up to 50 times. The immaturity factorThe woman, who is now a mother, was found to be highly immature by the judge concerned, who sentenced her to two years, of which she’ll only serve 12 months. This, the judge said, was to prevent further embarrassment for the woman and her family and to assist her in rebuilding her life. He also inferred that she was a low risk to re-offend and that she understood that what she’d done was wrong. In addition, she’ll be placed on the sexual offender’s registry for ten years and will not be allowed contact with children under the age of 16.PingatesWhy the low sentence? There are many factors involved in cases of sexual offences against children. The courts are obliged to act in favour of the victim,
but also to provide appropriate sentencing for offenders that are found to be guilty.Taken into account may be the offender’s mental and emotional capacity and maturity. Other aspects taken into account would be the offender’s history and social background. If the person is a repeat offender, for example, this may impact the sentence. If the offender was abused as a child, this can also direct sentencing. Another controversial factor is whether or not the offender has responsibilities such as children of their own and whether or not the offender is considered to be an active member of the community. The best-case scenario is that the offender is monitored throughout prison time and then provided with rehabilitation into society, with precautions made to protect society against that person. Some sex offenders are chronic re-offenders.Communities fear that convicted sex offenders may be released from prison into local areas and that they are not properly monitored. They suggest that communities be made aware of the presence of people who are listed on the sexual offender’s registry, but this is not the case as even the offender has the right to privacy under some circumstances.Presumably the judge, together with the social workers, families of the victim and offender and other parties would have worked together to conclude that the woman was low-risk for reoffending

How can I get my wife to abort our baby?
Dear Launcelot, I really need advice from your
readers. I am a Nigerian based
in South Africa and I'm also married to a South African woman, a Zulu
woman, and they can be very stiff and stubborn. My problem is this, we
have been married for five years without any children. When she
eventually got pregnant this February we were over joyed, but our joy
was short
lived when we went to the hospital and the doctor told us that my wife
has a
medical problem in which if she keeps the baby and delivers him or her,
that there is a high probability that the baby will be born with a
disability. Or we can be buying a tablet for her to take every day until
she delivers which will be costing us nothing less than 10,000 rand
every
month. And I don't have that kind of money. So the best option for us
now is
to abort the baby. But my wife has refused. She doesn't even want to
consider it. Please LIB readers, what can I do because I really don't
want a child who is disabled and I don't have money for the drugs. Note:
10,000 rand is about 200,000 Naira.
Meanwhile, I am going to be MIA for at least 16 hours, after two weeks in the US, I'm flying back home. See y'all soon! Kisses.
